Looking for a gym/swimming pool cheap!

    Hi, i know theres already a thread for gyms but its a bit congested!

    Im a student in UCD living in Rathgar looking for a gym (would be nice if it had a pool as well) at a reasonable price. Was at Skellys last week but its nearly 600 for a year!! I can cycle anywhere within 5mile radius happily.

    Bluepool gym in Monkstown. Wouldn't be more than 5 miles from Rathgar. Even closer if going from UCD.

    It's basic, it has what you need and no joining fee. Nice and quiet most of the time too.

    Carlisle Gym is less than 5 miles and would probably be your cheapest option

    Does carlisle have a pool? Cant find a website for them..

    What do you think of the YMCA gym in town? Its pretty cheap.

    Funny, the idea of the other thread was to stop the forum itself getting congested:rolleyes:

    Try the Marchiecvh (sp?) on Townsend Street, it's pretty cheap.

    It does indeed have a pool. I think membership if around the €320.00 mark for the year which is ridiciously cheap. They dont have a website but they are located on the Kimmage Road
