Coordinate System on Comreg Siteviewer

Is there a site which can convert the co-ordinate system used by the Comreg Siteviewer site to GPS coordinates. The co-ordinates on the Comreg siteviewer are for example:
XCoord: 318440.0
YCoord: 230830.0
but I want to convert these to decimal degrees for use with a separate website.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The ComReg database of mobile phone masts is at:

The ComReg coordinates displayed are in Irish Grid Reference System format:

OSI has a coordinate system conversion tool which will give the most common equivalent map location formats including GPS:

nearby.co.uk also has a convenient tool which generates click-through links to various sources like google earth. The trick is to enter the coordinates from ComReg as "OSI 318440.0,230830.0" (no quotes) in Barty's example, which seems to be south Dublin.
