    hey im jst watching pumping iron from back in the day and was just wondering are there any really good fitness documetaries out there be it about modern bodybuilders or other sports stars that show the dedication it takes and tolls it has on their life etc


    iv a long weekend of procrastination ahead

    thanks maybe i should have listed the ones iv seen lol

    iv now seen bigger stronger faster, pumping iron and the one that was on bbc with the window cleaner body builder. also iv watched most of the lance armstrong and tour de france stuff
