Installed game, but I'm get graphics coruption. I'm running it on a laptop with a 7900GS. Any ideas? Have the latest OEM drivers. Don't think I can install the standard Nvidia one.

You can install standard drivers, go somewhere like www.laptopvideo2go.com and just use the modded inf that corresponds with the driver you're installing. That way the drivers pick up your Go7900.
