Setanta Dish Alignment Query

    Hi folks,

Sorry to put up a new thread but I have posted this request through the main thread without any response.

Basically,I have just resubscribed to Setanta on my second box. Every evening irrespective of weather all the Setanta channels, except NASN and Setanta Ireland go off for a good while, probably over an hour- No satellite signal being received. I watched the first 25 mins of the game tonite on Setanta Sports 1 and then the picture started breaking up and eventually no signal being received. I switched the card to my Sky HD box as well with the same results. previously had my regular installer to look at this during my last spell as a subscriber but he recommended no adjustment and checked all cables connections which he deemed to be fine.

Anyhow,I obviously have a problem and want to get it fixed. Can anyone advise what the dish should be set at to get the Setanta channels perfectly as well as all the other channels as well.

Better still, can anyone advise a Limerick installer who could perform this "Setanta tweak".

    Many thanks
