Just ordered a dip / pull up belt from www.liftinglarge.com (thanks kev!)

Chalk and some of those elastic type bands to help with chin ups because I am pathetic at them.

Also to finally get my equipment moved into the garage (concrete floor as opposed to wooden in my room) had my barbell in there for the summer and increased my deadlift max by 35kg so I am dying to get all the gear out there asap
    .

    Good thread idea.

    Dear Santa,

I have been a good boy this year. For christmas I would like:

    1 x 6 foot twins leather bag
    1 x pair 8oz gloves
1 x new pair running shoes

I know where you live, so you'd better bring them.

    Khannie.

If Santa is online then a 200kg squat wouldn't be unappreciated if it could be arranged.

    That would be nice.

Waking up on christmas morning with a better body would be nice too. I'm not picky santa, one of these will do. Preferably the latter as the other can be bought. :D

I would like my back to feel better and my obliques to stop spazzing out every time I think about going back to the gym. Really should try and go Saturday...

    LOL

Got most of what i wanted from Mick already - power rack, dumbbells, trap bar etc

Now if i can hit 15reps on the trap bar at 405lbs and 135lbs added weight on dips for rep by xmas that would be mighty.

Dear god.. Why you make every guy on the forum go crazy? :D

All i want for xmas is for my abs to be bloody finished, making terrible progress :'(

It's the last few lbs to ripped-ness which is giving me a hard time. Top 4 abs are out and about but theres this tiny layer of fat over my stomach I am finding it hard to shift. This means I gotta go even stricter on the diet.

The one thing I eat most at Xmas time is Turkey! I love it and eat it constantly! So protein protein protein! May God give us the abs we deserve. :)

I want - new running shoes (contemplating some New Balance 768s) and a pair of running tights that doesn't make my arse look huge.
