When will this be on the European Store? It's already available on the American one for $15!

€12 or so from the US store so you should just buy it there if you can. Not region locked so won't be any issues playing it.

Can a voucher for the US store be bought online?

I looked last night and eBay were selling $20 vouchers for €22, not worth it considering $20 = €15.50

You could try and find someone in the US to do a gameshare with you, where up to 5 people chip into the cost of the game, then one person creates a new PSN account, buys the game, and everyone takes turns signing into it and downloading. Sony allows you to download a file up to 5 times from the same account. Not only can you buy from the US, you can get it for a fifth of the price :D That's how I got this. I dunno where you'd go to arrange one, though. I did mine with some people on the Something Awful forums but you've to pay to join them.

Good news for anybody who was waiting for this to come out this week, link.
Capcom has confirmed that Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix has been delayed for the European PSN. There is currently no official release date for the title in the region and no explanation was given for the hold up.

North America is still expected to get the title today with its special Tuesday edition of the PSN update (due to the Thanksgiving holiday). European Xbox 360 owners should still be able to pick up the game when it launches on XBLA tomorrow.

This was dated 25th November, so if it's old news...sorry!

Indeed. Sony in Europe need a good kick in the balls.

I just tried that and you need a U.S. address to download off the U.S. store. How did you do it?

When I set up my US Account, I googled something like US Address for PSN, I can't really remember, but that worked anyway!

This is just plain unadulterated CRAP

everyone that I know who has both consoles was waiting for the PS version, due to the D-pad issue.
They have all, bar 1, gotten the 360 version because of this delay.

This is a real cock up for me, as it means that most of my SF possibilities are now in the MS camp

    His email address is 'david_reeves@scee.net'

I just bought this from the us psn.. Its in black and white for me. Anybody get this problem? im running it through an old crt tv.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 579 ✭✭✭Qs

Thats a PAL/NTSC problem AFAIK. If you had a newer TV, like and LCD or Plasma it'd probably be fine.

    Yes. It's too good.

If you've played ST before. Well then, you'd know just how good it is with rebalancing, new sprites and remixed soundtrack.

ha. I took a "real" address from a website actually. But sure it's more to do with the postcode/state matchup in reality.

had to laugh when aib rang, they werent concerned with the 123 fake street address in the slightest, but more to do with the fact that i paid for the game at 6.15am

Maybe they just care? You were up at 6.15AM buying videogames from America. They just wanted you to seek council with their phone operators :p
