Hey everyone, of the people doig this or who have done it before how long was it taking you to get through the sessions.

It seems to be taking me a long time, over an hour. Always has,

Doing it at the moment, its not taking me long, maybe 40 mins, and thats including stretching and warm-up sets.

Can be up to an hour if I'm waiting on a rack or bench though.

It ranges from 40 mins to 80 mins depending on my energy levels and the availability of the weights. Bench days always took me longer for some reason. I hate the bench so maybe thats why. Similarly shoulder press days flew by. I'd say being consistently over the hour mark is a bit slow provided you're not waiting on equipment.

I dont actually know, but tonight I am going to rest very little between warm up sets and see how I get on, need to have a good flick through it again and maybe get Colm to check out my form, the weights are not that big either so its a bit frustrating,

I have a stopwatch with me and try to limit myself to 2min intervals between sets. now im sure ill need more as the weights go up but at the minute thats workin for me

Rip estimates it can take up to 2 hours towards the end, when you're really hitting the limits.

But anyway gabgab, you're being a god damn pussy, so shut up and squat :D

gabgab, take no rest between your warm ups, only the lenght of time it takes to change the weight on the bar. Take as long as is needed on your work sets, the objective is to complete 3x5 without missisg one rep for as long as possible. Rip has even said towards the end it may be necessary to rest as much as 10 mins between sets.

Cheers Dm-Bm but I must agree with Colm on this one, I'm just being a nonce about it,
