I posted my 5000th post in a Beers thread so what is more appropriate than posting here now for my 10.000th?

What a beautiful number. It looks good on my screen. Whatever you do don't reply to this or any other post or you'll ruin the whole thing. 10,000 is the most aesthetically pleasing number til 100,000 you know!

I don't know what people usually give on the occasion of a 10,000th post.

I'd offer love, but I think this is probably more appropriate

Are you quite mad? The Blue Note and O'Connells both rock my socks off. I'm too old and decrepit to risk going to this newfangled Dáil bar though, there might be young people there :pac:

Hope its on the thursday, probably won't make it friday.

Well, if I ever actually manage to make a Galway beers, that would encourage me, one of my locals!

Not sure when I'm in Galway next week though, so there's no point me ticking a date option ...

Who you calling a geek, mr. three times my post count in half the time.

I'll probably not go if more people don't vote, generally only 20% of those who vote go, meaning I'd just be stuck there with biko, the man who almost ran me over on his bike. He wouldn't survive the night.
