I had a routine going there and was really making leaps and bounds however my routine has been squashed and i am struggling.
Does this happen to ye? How do ye kickstart interest again?

Im in no mood for 'if you want it bad enough' etc responses so could we keep it informative please??:D:D

Set yourself a challenge. An event, or goal you have to reach by x date. Its better to choose something real (and public - tell people), so you cant keep putting it off. :) It could be anything, based on your type of fitness. A charity event, a match, weightlifting... whatever is closest to what you do.

I know exactly what your going through! Going through it myself atm.

Have been goingn to the gym for 4 months now to build up muscle for tae kwon do, with a bit of vanity thrown in. Was going great, loved going to the gym. But all of a sudden last week it all just went down hill, going to the gym seemed like a death sentance. But as oyrx said set yourself a challenge, in my case an event. It's actually working for me.

Look at some old photos of yourself looking younger and leaner. That motivates me to keep going anyway.
