Hey, We're looking for two people to share a twin room in our house.The house is No. 39 Lower Drumcondra Road. Sharing with TCD and DIT students. The rent is €95 a week (incl. bills). The house is in a great location. It's just a bus ride to the city centre(bus stop right outside door) or a 25 minute walk with all the conveniences of Dublin City's shops pubs clubs. The house is right across the road from Quinns Pub. Theres also an offie, a shop and a laundrette a minutes walk away. We have the house until the 15 June. We're available to show the house anytime.
