I've noticed bruising on my arms a few times after a work out on days when i'm working my triceps.

Should i take it as a sign of a good workout or is it a bad thing?

My boyfriend got that for a while after training too, a few small bruises on his biceps and triceps, but it went away after a while. I can only imagine its due to excessive strain, perhaps your muscles have not had sufficient time to heal, have you increased your weight significantly on your tricep days maybe? Bruising is known as contusion, and is a sign of bleeding under the skin. Again not necessarily serious but maybe make sure you are allowing sufficient time to heal and keep an eye on your post-workout nutrition.
