Fitday or better

    I was looking to get fitday or a better programme for training and weight loss. I had fitday on my last laptop before it blew up and cant downloaded it now from website as it wont take address from ireland. anyone have a better software or how to download fitday

    You can still access Fitday as an online user. I also like the MyPlan section of lowcarber.org, which had 100g as a default weight, not a cup! Who the hell measures chicken or broccoli in cups?

    However, the love of my life (as far as calories go) is a little handheld gadget called a Robi Nutrition Assistant. It comes preloaded with the calories, protein, fat, carbs and fibre for 800 foods, and you just put in the amount. You can also manually enter 100 of your own foods. It only takes a couple of keystrokes to enter whatever you've just eaten and it adds up as you go, and keeps a monthly track on your totals.
