    Hey Folks,

Well I took the plunge, joined the gym and had an induction last night. I'm looking forward to going a few times a week and it all seems pretty straight forward bar the last part of the induction. The chap was showing me several exercises on the mat that was designed to work the stomach and after that he show demonstrated exercises to warm down.

Thing is I can't remember half of them. Does anyone have links to videos online, perhaps on YouTube or something?

You could just go to Youtube and search "stomach exercise" and see if any of them look familiar.

Failing that, the bicycle crunch was discovered to be one of the most effective stomach exercises when they actually measured the activity in muscles during exercises, far more than normal crunches. Do a few sets of those and you'll feel it.
