    Hey guys.
Over the last couple of months Iv decided to turn myself around. Im looking to trim excess fat that I have mostly around the stomach. Im 5,9 and weigh 82kg i was 94kg. Iv cut out most carbs(bread, pasta etc) i mainly eat fish and salads(the good ones). The drink has been limited to the odd few every few weeks,no take aways, very limited sweets. I only exercise twice a week, a bit of astro ball. I dont go the gym and have very little spare time with work.

So i was wondering is there certain excercises I can do that will concentrate on losing the fat around my stomach.

Oh nearly forgot Iv cut my calorie intake from over 3000 to about 1400 with that rising to about 1700 on the two days I exercise.

Any help is greatly appreciated as from reading this forum you guys seem to know what your talking about. Dont know if the stats will help.

And yes flattery will get you everywhere;)

Consuming 1700 calories(max) isnt the way to go about it.It is entirely possible to eat the recommended numbers of calories and still achieve your goals.Ive been on 3500/4000 calories a day for the past few months, and in the last month I have lost 2 inches off my waist.

Concentrate on lossing fat around your stomach

Unfortunely your body doesnt work that way

If you loose fat, you losse all over, you cannot focus on one area, and say bye bye fat

Please post your diet, i think this needs to be looked at first

Cutting out carbs completely is not the answer either

Post your diet and we can take it from there (im not a dietician but can give some advice me thinks)
