    I've been bulking and lifting very hard for a while,and im almost ready to start "cutting".Other than reducing the number of calories in my diet,I know little else about what to do.What should I change about my training and diet when I finally begin cutting?How long should a typical cut last?

    From cutting in the past

    Gradully reduce your carb intake

    And start that dreaded cardio

    I find cutting very hard... i get severe cravings in between meals

    I find some suger free jelly helps fill the gaps between meals

    I've gained 21lbs.BF % is between 15-17%,and im hoping to reduce that to about 8/9%.
