    hey there
I own a small fitness centre and am trying to find out if there is any merit in purchasing a power plate. Ive read some old debates but am curious as to whether it is worth it. There is a hugh price difference in price between the power plate (original) and some of the other competition. I know there are alot of people who like the idea of a quick visit to a gym or fitness centre so it is a very attractive addition to have installed. I would love to hear from anyone who may use it or has purchased one just for feed back. In fact any opinion on the matter would be welcome!! Thanks Sammie
