As in what movie scene did you feel most uncomfortable watching. The scene between father and son wins hands down for me. Very well acted but damn hard to watch. EDIT - In the movie Happiness

I can watch pretty much any movie but I found a few of the scenes in Antichrist very disturbing.

The little girl in the red jacket in Schindlers list, very very sad to watch!

The Elephant Man is a hard movie to watch because it is so sad!

The dinner table scene in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, where the woman is sceaming her head off and the "family" is giggling at her. Something just unnerving about it.
