It's very difficlut to get to the level where you can balance your jeans solely on your johnson like that. It takes years of practice and a genetic predisposition is advantageous.

Only kidding, I know what you meant.....

To be honest I don't know if anyone here is Asian.

I dont think you need to be asian to get to this level ive seen many other examples menshealth covers for example

    You're 20 stone,right?
I'd say you dot have to worry about looking like that for a while yet.
Start by trying to lose 2-3lb of fat per week...the condition that guy is in is not easy to attain.

    Note the sarcasm, maybe? :o

I know G'em got some awesome results a good while back on a cutting diet... maybe you'll be lucky and she'll post them up!

I dunno, I used to want a six pack but I couldn't be bothered with one now... they're too pretty. I'd much prefer 'The Yoke' mentioned in a different thread

    http://www.elitefts.com/documents/the_yoke.htm

Much more impressive than a (IMHO) poncey looking six pack with decent arms.

vampire im no expert so takethis for what its worth

if you are 20 stone then you are probably carrying quite a bit of muscle anyway so cutting the fat alone would probably bring you close enough to what your looking for. bear in mind that that guy has very low body fat percentage im guessing less than 8 which is not easy to maintain

couple what your probably already carrying around and a decent weights and cardio programme and you might not be as far away as you would think(with dedication of course)

for the record i look nothing like that

    What about diet?
You dont get to 20 stone eating a good diet and you dont get to look like that bloke in the vid by eating a load of rubbish.

I wanna ask questions but I'd get banned for asking so I won't.

Anyway, I wanna look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJ5zLzfO_7I

Brock Lesnar at the weigh in. After the way he dismantled Couture, I can't not be him. Only another 70+lbs of muscle to go!!!!!

Bit harsh. In fairness, you can only see about 6 inches of his legs.

Yeah, but look above his knee, doesnt really look like it flows outwards? He might just be unlucky and have really long muslce bellies in his quads... but still.

And TheEntrepreneur, don't worry, you're suspicions are mroe than likely correct.

LOL he has legs like mine. And that's actually the worst insult I could have given the lad.

Take it easy - one step at a time!

Do you think you are suddenly going to pick up that guys diet and shrink yourself from 20 to 10 stone? Life is more complicated than that.

If you followed his exercise program now you would probably injure yourself. I'm guessing he dose a fair bit of running, etc, to keep fat down.

Start a log and set yourself monthly manageable weightloss targets. The "Nutrition & Diet" forum should help too.

It requires that type of training and dedication that most people, even serious athletes, aren't willing to maintain.

Just look at that dude, then you hear he is a "no bs" kind of guy; straight to the point, incredible work ethic, unbelievably focused and serious. I'm his biggest fan now :)

What I did wouldn't really be appropriate for someone who has a lot of weight to lose. (Thanks btw :o)

Vampireskiss, there's lot of people on the forum who could help you achieve what you're looking for, but it will take time. First off you'll need to get yourself down to a manageable weight through a good ol' fashioned healthy eating plan. Getting "the abs" is like putting icing on a cake - you need the base first. As mentioned you'll already have a decent level of lean mass and you can improve on that through weight training.

What are you doing at the moment weight/ diet wise?

Every thing that GEM said is spot on

The guy you posted is nothing special at all but as a target its good to have something to focus on so stay consistent with your training.

I was asked yesterday how long i have been training - 10+ years of hard training (with lots of mistakes) and clean eating (thats not boring).

The answers for feeling and looking your very best are available here every day so train hard and eat right
