Welcome our new overlords

Orestes and Vince2003etc. have become the new Shane and Stephanie of the Pro Wrestling forum (I'll leave it to them to fight over who has to lay down for Hunter). Here's hoping that they can get the forum back on track after the past few weeks.

Also, massive thanks to Fozzy. He modded this forum practically by himself for 2 years give or take and precided over what is hopefully the worst thing we'll see in the Benoit Tragedy. Great mod.

Edit: In case you were wondering, KentonBomb was asked but was unavailable at to comment

What is wrong with in your words "spewing facts" exactly I give plenty of opinion with it and I’m also able to have a laugh as well. It is comments like yours that make me fear that this board will be dumbed down massively in the near future. I know there are difference types of Wrestling fans and no one can say I haven’t been helpful or accommodating to each different type of fan.

Hi everyone,

I won't say a whole lot because orestes and I haven't really spoken yet but we will be in due course.

I will say however that above all anything else, my focus will be on trying to make this forum a more positive, inclusive and friendly place for everyone to talk about wrestling.

I won't say anymore on the direction of the place until I speak to the other mods. but that's where I am coming from in a nutshell.

Also it will take me a while to get used to all the mod options (moving, deleting threads etc..) so bare with me. 1 final thing, I do not work in a job where I am on a computer all day so my time will be limited. However, I will try my best to get on as often as I can (while still trying to have a life too).

He got to the top in Mid South and credit to him but to me nothing explains how he become so loved. He was so much more than his achivements.

May I take this opportunity to make a suggestion to our new mods? The Soccer Forum has had some success defusing the tense atmosphere among posters by creating an off-topic thread, where wrestling talk is strictly a no-no and is used for posters to chat and dare I even say gain respect for each other. Could be worth a trial run.:) Don't ban me for backseat modding, it's just a suggestion.:pac:

Like vince said, we haven't really had chance to discuss things properly yet, but basically our aim is to make this forum more inclusive for everybody and a friendlier place for old and new users alike.

The mods will all have a more in depth discussion on the direction we want the forum to take in the future very soon and update the charter accordingly if we see fit to do so.
