was down walking the prom yesterday in clontarf and saw there are new fitness facilities dotted the whole way along. they are great, and it is about time something went in for adults rather than more and more playgrounds

Yeah was running along the coast on Sat and saw this gear. It's hilarious, big red/yellow coloured stuff. There's about 4/5 machines, a skier and a step climber amongst them. 1 person using it too :)

I'd be interested here folks- is it all machines or is there pull up bars etc?

Yes they have pull up bars, I would say there is probably 6/7 units along the walk. they have a great one that you pull yourself and down up on. It would be great for the football teams that train along there. I saw an article on it in the Irish Times today too.
