Arrived home from friends an hour ago, parked car outside house. As I walked in towards my house I have to walk by neighbours house and there in front room with blinds wide open and lights on my neighbour is standing there jeans down around his ankles his "briefs" pulled to one side letting it all hang out!!! It was like he saw my car pull up cause I park in front of his house and decided to put on a little show!! I knew he was an odd ball but this was a bit much. What would others do???

To be honest it doesnt affect me in the slightest its the fact that kids live in this area too. I would happily say something to him or his family but they are all a bunch of ignorants s**ts.
