hi everyone... just looking for peoples opinions(guys & gals) on this

would you consider flirting/chattin to members of the oppisite sex online as cheating?
i am in a 18 month relationship with my boyfriend who seems to spend a lot of time online chatting up girls.
just wondering what your thoughts on this are..
    thanks

Maybe she wants the opinion of the great unwashed and not some wannabe agony aunt.

For what its worth a little bit of flirting can actually enhance a relationship but once a certain invisible line has been crossed and it becomes a distinct possibility that something may happen a certain degree of trust has gone out the window.

I wouldn't call it "cheating" but more being unfaithful. Not a huge difference, but there is a difference

Therefore OP is a man which means they are in gay relationship therefore the original concern is still valid as he is talking to men on the internet (as there are no girls).

Actually, this is a good analogy,
*in Dr. Anthony Clare voice, but like his voice when he was alive, not dead, as it would probably be more echo-y, i'd say*
"your BF has, like many men, numerous layers to his personality, similar let us say, to an onion in terms of the layering, but obviously each layer being different that might be where the onion analogy struggles a bit but... sure you know what I mean"
