    Yo Yo,

Im going to china tomorrow and i want to keep things ticking over so I was wondering if anyone on here had a good workout plan that just sticks to bodyweight stuff i.e push ups etc.

I reckon ill be looking for more of a circuit type thing.

    Thanks!!

Things that I've found useful while travelling:

    push ups
    sit ups / curls
bottles of water as weights (obviously there's limited value here, but 200 punches with a litre of water in your hand and you're gonna feel it :))
    squats
    "the plank"
    skipping rope

Worth having a look at those giant ball workouts too. You can sub in your suitcase for some of them (e.g. Stand with your face perpendicular to the wall and hold your suitcase against the wall with your leg).

A resistance band can be useful for hotel room workouts. I find it a bit stuffy being stuck hopping around in the room doing lateral raises etc, but it is better than nothing.

    Skipping rope

How did I forget that? Skipping is probably the best workout out of all the ones Khannie posted. You could do some form of a circuit with skipping pushups and situps for time, no need for any extra equipment, only your rope.
