Is it good, is it bad ? i know the boost (compared with the normal) doesnt have any guarana in it.

    is it worth it ?

I often take a tablet of the standard berocca in the mornings. Tasty!

Recently I started breaking the tabs in half (half now, half later) because I think one on its own is far too much.

The pack states you get 793% of your required daily vitamin C from it. Someone please explain why they put in the extra 693%. As far as I know excess water soluble vitamins are flushed straight out of the body (whereas non water soluble ones are stored in the fat).

I cannot say they make me feel better / more energetic than normal. I would view them more as a means of prevention against colds, etc.

You will feel like a ghostbuster when you take a leak.

The RDA for Vit C is enough to stave off scurvy, just like the RDA of protein is low for athletes building muscle mass. I would take twice the amount they say there.

The only difference I find between the two is the taste. I much prefer the original but I have about 4 packets of boost so I'm stuck with it for a while!!

I must have gotten them in an offer when they first came out because I didn't pay that.

They're definitely not worth a tenner imo.
