hello, I broke the screen on my laptop and am trying to use the svideo out connection to use my tv as a monitor, while the computer is starting up i can see everything on the tv, but as windows starts the tv signal goes, as i cant see the display on the attached monitor i cant change display properties, is there any…

usually Fn+F4 or whatever key has the CRT icon on it.
