well my doctor said that due to digestive trouble i have to go on a candida diet which basically means yeast and sugar is out> full details in this post: http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055414096

so i used to train fairly well and id be no stranger to running, weights etc but no matter how hard i tried i could never get my body fat low enough to see my abs....

so my question is this....now that im stuck on this diet for at least the next month, would it be wise to start running again to get my body fat % down or could a diet like this mixed with exercise possibly have bad results??

i hope ive explained well enough, if ive missed anything ask away!

    thanks

If you can run while killing off the candida, then it would certainly help. A low carb diet is a fairly standard BB way of cutting bodyfat coming up to competitions etc. Read some of the threads on low carb or keto diets to see what's involved and what you can expect.
