    Hello!

I read a few things about the meal plan based diet in the book Fat Loss 4 Idiots and would like to know if anyone here can give me some feedback about it? (the site is fatloss4idiots(dot)com)

It's a stupid diet. The basic idea is that you keep varying your food so that your body can't adjust to anything. But the meal plan they give you is very restrictive, dull and it's hard to combine the foods in any sort of decent meal.

I know a few people who have ordered and paid for the diet, but none of them lasted a week actually eating the foods listed.

Carb cycling would give you the same "keep your body guessing" effect, but with far better foods and meals you could live with.
