As the title says...anyone have any idea of prices yet? Anyone here work in Tesco or Xtravision or Zavvi or Gamestop and could find out their prices?

HMV seems best at the moment with most new release games at €52.99, I have mine preordered in Gamestop, no price set untill tomorrow but they are doing a good deal in that you can return the game within 7 days for a full credit refund if you don't like it,

I popped into Game yesterday evening while the wife was looking at shoes and asked how much they'd have it, the guy wasn't sure but said more or less "either €54.99 or €64.99, but probably €64.99". Knowing Game I wouldn't at all be surprised it's €64.99.

Yeah, but that is store credit. So if you buy it and bring it back within the 7 days you'll only get your €55 quid to spend in there shop.

I just rang Xtra-vision in Donaghmede, they're sellin it for €49.99. I presume that price goes for all xtra-vision. Thats where I'm getting mine :cool:

I rang the Limerick Xtravision store listed on there site as opening tonight (Parkway) and they told me they arent opening late at all. Either is Dooradoyle store.

Guess its Tesco for me.

Nothing in Tesco Coonagh in Limerick but Game had the standard one for €55 and the limited edition for €65.

I'd buy it only my Xbox isn't working properly at the mo.

yeah hmv seem cheapest so far at €40.49 w/ student discount. gamestop are 50 and they only have a petty 5% d/c. GAME is €55.

Yeah just picked it up in HMV for 40.49. Great value. Was going to get the special edition but they were all pre-booked or something. HMV really is the place to go for games these days: fantastic prices.

And now, to sit through 2 hours of a media law lecture with the thing sitting in my bag

Nope. They had a few copies behind the counter and I asked how much they were (50 or something) but the guy said that they didn't have any left, so I assumed they were already pre-booked. This was Henry Street, might be worth trying the others.

Bastard. :pac: Was €59.99 in Smyths on the Ennis Road, Limerick for the Ltd Edition one. Got the 10% off and got rid of some old games, so I don't feel too bad.

Just played the prologue there and good to have a shooter after oh so many RPGs. Seemed a little easy on hardcore, but only the first half hour yet.

When your using your student card for student discounts (in Hmv) do they thoroughly check your card or just glance at it because mine expired in august but would love to get that discount

Do you still have your HMV student discount card. I have never been asked for my actual student card.
