    Starting some upper body work this week and decided to grab a tub of this stuff.

    How much should I be taking? Or is it all relative to size and diet?

    I'm 5'11" and ~12st if that's relevant.

    Trying to work out what the optimal amount would be so I'm not just downing protein (and therefore money) that isn't going to be put to good use.

    1g of protein per lb of body weight.

    Try to get as much as possible from natural food sources.
