Server not Showing on My Computer

any ideas how to do this ??? i have contacted our it specialists and as usual there always ****ing busy and this needs to be sorted today

Note : before when i click on my computer u could see the ( lets say ) S drive and that was the server

but if i hit run > Search > Computers on network > [URL="file://\\server"]\\server[/URL] its there ?? but not on my computer

Tools > Map network drive

use \\server\drive letter
