Progain substitute

    Hello im currently taking maximuscles progain to put on some weight along with a gym routine

    What im wondering is there any other protein product that has the same affects as progain but is cheaper, as i cant keep buying tubs on progain at the current price.

    would appreciate any help

    What's in it? Supplement factory probably do a mass gainer? Or Pro Nutrition. Most brands are cheaper than maximuscle tbh.

    I would imagine you'll find something @ www.bulkpowders.co.uk

    I use their Whey Protein (used to use Maximuscle Promax) and it's a fraction of the price and completely tasteless while it has an almost identical make-up as far as percentage of protein, carbs etc are concerned.

    NutritionX's MassX comes highly recommended, tho I've never used it.

    Twinlab's Super Gainer's Fuel is about the best I've ever used, tho I don't know if they're producing it anymore. MassX is very close to it tho when it comes to kcal's etc.

    When I was in my late teens and early twenties I used to use Progain as well. It's good stuff. :)

    I can't recommend any products, but as someone who was once skinny and is now biggish, I highly recommend you cut out all caffeine. I've found it is much easier to gain weight when I don't have caffeine messing with my digestive system.
