let me guess it will probably be hosted entirely by google in return for displaying a few text ads on the side

no there's a new site alright i think, apart from the mycit one. our eBusiness lecturer was saying it's in the testing phase. the one we have at the moment is fine if ya ask me for the most part. serves its purpose well enough.

the only prob with it is that alot of the info on it is out of date and a number of the links don't work anymore.

whatever about the new website we have the new email adds now. its pretty good. Its basically the same a Gmail with CIT branding on the coner instead of gmail. It glad we got this instead of that crappy microsoft exchange email accounts. They really suck

    And she's launched!

And I like it a lot! (That coming from me a Web Developer)

Edit: It appears that it can only handle a single user a time.
    Apologies.

The CIT website is currently busy.

    Typical

Edit again: Back to the old website. Oh dear

it looks kinda nice, not too much bloat/javascript overuse. easy on the eye - they havn't dug into the Web 2.0 fad so thats a good thing

Anybody know how to get to the timetables website?
Not exams - just the one to see the modules we'll have next semester? timetables.cit.ie doesn't work for me anymore!

Bit pointless having a website if you can only access it internally. It is available outside also. CIT often have problems with they're servers/network unfort.
