HIIT question

    I'm starting HIIT with running for fat burning, some sites seem to recommend that you don't do it more than twice a week. What I can't seem to find out is if I can do other cardio besides the HIIT, it would seem absurd if I couldn't.

    I think the recommendations for twice a week are to do with it being quiet CNS draining and more than that would interfere wit ability to recover from Strenght training......by all means u can do other low intensity forms of cardio on top of this
