Target Weight

I'm wondering what should be the ideal/target weight for somebody my height? I'm about 5 ft 10, and currently weigh appox 12 stone.

I have lost nearly four stone over the last year (more if you take into account the muscle i added i guess) with a combination of resistance training and cardio, but still have a bit to go. However for the last three months i've been stuck more or less on 12 stone.

I'm wondering how much more have i or should i lose? What's (a very rough) average weight for people my height and with a healthy body weight (with a bit of lean musle added). Assuming i manage to shift the last bit of weight, what weight (roughly) should i end up at?

Also, while i have been stuck on 12 stone for the last few months, i know i'm still losing some body fat as i go and adding muscle. Does anybody know roughly how much muscle somebody could add on over a month or two, doing weights 2-3 times a week, with 5 a side soccer and a 10k run or two thrown in for good measure as well?

I would not be looking to lose any more weight personnaly!
Im your height and weigh 13.5 stone id like to make 14 but i dont think its gonna happen anytime soon!
Suppose it depends on your goals!
You could be anything from 11-13 stone at that height and be at a very lean state it terms of bodyfat %!
Be happy at your weight and just concentrate on getting lean!
Dont get caught up with the scales its a false reading in many ways i believe!

Its not that I'm looking to lose weight as such, i'm trying to lose the last bit of fat from around my stomach, and there is still a decent bit! I wouldn't really want to weight too much less, but i would have thought there is still at least half a stone of fat or maybe more to go, and was wondering whether 11stone-ish is a healthy weight for me. i def wouldn't like to lose any more than that.

First off, fair play on the weight loss so far.

The last bit of spare Flogg hanging off your waist could prove tricky tho, as it involves more tweaking of your diet/exercise regime.

    Care to post for critique?

    Typical diet is:

Breakfast - porridge with raisins/nuts and honey
    Snack - banana/apple
Lunch - brown bread sandwich with chicken/ham, tomatoes and lettuce
    snack - apple/banana
dinner - small bit of pasta, lots of veg and chicken or mince/fajitas with same/rice with same etc (no sauces from a jar - all homemade) or if i'm doing weights, i'd have a two egg omelete with chicken breast.

    My routine would generally be:
Mon - 5 a side soccer for an hour
    Tues - 10k run
Thurs - Weights (1 hour workout, 2 day splits)
    Fri - 5k run
Sat - Weights (1 hour workout, 2 day splits)
