    Just wanted to revist this forum to say "thanks". I opened a thread a few weeks back looking for advice on training etc. I was doing some running and some weights and mixing it up with a good few abs exercises. I felt I wasnt gaining much results.

    However, I took the advice that was given in that I dropped most of the abs exercises and replaced with deadlifts, one & two arm snatches, dumbell squats, lunges, dumbell presses, overhead sqauts etc. I train 5 nights a week (take weekend off). I have to say i am feeling immediate results from perfoming these type of exercises, getting really toned up. For anyone wanting to lose weight and generally tone up I would advise you to bring these type of exercises into your routines.
