was reading up about this and seen that they only recommend that you drink 4 litres of milk a day for a few month, but was wondering has anyone continued drinking the same amount for longer and did they see any ill effects? Or if you have dropped your intake after a few months, how much do you drink now?

I've seen some good gains from doing this and don't want to stop for a good few months yet, do you think this would be advisable?

When your bodyfat levels start to get higher than you're comfortable with either taper it back a bit or do more cardio.

How long were you on the program till you dropped your consumption down? Just interested in hearing other peoples experience with it. cheers
