Had an intense hail shower round 2pm today with pea size stones according to herself. It was unusual to see clear blue sky all around with just one dark cloud dumping it down from overhead!
In Portlaoise there was a light rain/sleet shower.
Currently 3.9c/2.4cDP. Clear. Light SE breeze. Pressure falling.

Currently 0.8c with a 0.0cDP. Fell by 3c in the last half hour which coincided with a wind shift from the SW to the NE. Amazing stuff!

Cold and frosty,currently -1.1°C Seems to be a little cool pool near here - Myself, Mothman and BB are all registering similar subzero temps wheras most other stations in the country are above (at the moment).

Quite a hard car frost last night, still clear skies. Definately not a ground frost though, all that heat coming from beneath us you know.

both record lows for Nov and in fact these figures would rank 4 and 3rd lowest in December.
