Ungrateful brats.I've given away half a sweet shop and they look at me like dirt when i don't give each of them €10 worth of sweets!!!

What you need to do, OP, is to dress up yourself. When you open the door, hopd a bag out and shout "trick or treat" yourself. Wait a second then scratch your head and clsoe the door.

If you can't beat them, confuse them.

Not related to the thread but this also works with those filthy f*ckers begging at traffic lights.

When you are stopped open the window and they will do their best limp/run/hobble over to you. When they get there hold an empty paper cup out in front of them, do your best puppy dog eyes and bless yourself. The look you get in response is hilarious.

I text constantly but I never shorten the words. Works out well I find.
