What Programmable scanner?

    hi, i'm interested in scanners/2 way radios, i would like to obtain one which is programmable by computer.

    so either pci or external usb interface.. not sure what to go for.
    any advice appreciated.

    on something else, using computer software, do you think it would be possible to convert the radio signals of a tv channel into picture using scanner? :)

    Hey all, i asked someone at Long Communications, and they were able to tell me everything.

    According to Tom, i can be abel to acess cameras within 5 mile radios using IC-R3

    I was over-welmed by you guys in dublin with all the worlds noledge, i had to contakt Long Communications for an answer..woohoo watty boy...
