I started working out a few months back & lost 1 stone in 1 month. Since that its been 3/4 Months of the Gym 5 Days a week. I do 20/30 lenghts of the swimming pool. So now I am at the same week for 4 months, I went on a diet for 2 weeks & remained the same weight while going the gym 5 days a week. I wonder what I am doing wrong ? anyone have this issue ?

TBH this happens to lots of people .. Do you do anything other than swimming for the 5 times you go to the gym? I got great results by mixing things up .. e.g. run one day, cross training the next day, swim on an easy day .. you should also vary the intensity and do interval type training if you have a decent enough fitness base

The new plan im about to start will be Running 3 Days / Weights 2. I did this program for 2 weeks before but it gave me no results so I stopped & just started swimming. Im going to give it another go I suppose.

You may be the same weight, but I am willing to bet you are not the same body fat.
Weight is not necessarily an indicator to physical fitness.
