Try t-nation, you'll learn volumes about diet, and pretty much everything else

Or go to http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=61 for lots of stuff about keto and low carb diets.

The short version is that you base your diet on whole eggs, oily fish, fresh meat and chicken, lots and lots and lots of green vegetables, olive oil, nuts and seeds, cheese and butter. Cut out anything containing sugar or transfats, and avoid all processed carbs (cereals, bread, pasta, biscuits, ready meals). You can eat small amounts of fresh fruit, root veg, brown rice and whole grains, but they should be a small part of the meal, not the basics.

Yes, vegetables do have carbs, but they have so much fibre that there is no real limit to how much you can eat.

As a very quick example, something like a mushroom omlette for breakfast, fish and a big green salad for lunch, steak and broccoli for dinner and nuts or cheese for snacks.
