Hah, ok slightly ridiculous question here.

If Im lifting a heavy weight or doing pullups or whathaveyou I clench my teeth really hard during the strain. Just wondering if I'm gonna injure myself or something.

Should I just, not clench my teeth, I kind of have to. Or will they be fine? WHat do people do?

Working your masseter muscles is all. Unless it hurts or you think you are grinding your teeth it doesn't matter.

    Your teeth should never clench

If you find you cant help it, wear a gumshield, cos you'll end up wrecking your teeth

Put your tongue between your teeth and you wont clench. It stops me anyhow...

Can I state the obvious and say:

    Ask a Dentist?

There is a dental board where a few hang around Dental Issues - see what they think?

Was going to say the same thing but this would just "encourage" him to clench, when he should be getting out of the habbit, my 2c...
