Jackpot f/o tonight.

Anybody know what the structure is for this tournament talking place tonight (wednesday) in the jackpot? Also if it gets many runners?

5k starting stack, 30 min blinds. Great value game. Last few weeks it's gotten 35ish runners.

Montague Street, if you are on camden street and going towards city centre - Ryans pub is on your left and Montague Street in the small street directly accross from it. near eddie rockets

Hi Danny, yeah you got my name correct, fair play to ya. I ended up with second place. The old guy from Finland took first. He moved in on a Jc Qx 5c flop and I snap called with AA. He had 5c 8x and hit runner, runner flush :eek:
Oh well! Was a good nite anyway and a very good value tournament.

Congrats man but unlucky with that hand! The sickness of a runner runner flush is disgusting!

I really hoped anybody but him, but alas it wasnt to be! I take it you will be back to play that again?

If your talking about the Irish Winter Festival they do have a game on tonight 165 or 175 cant remember correctly capped at 30 players.

No thank god it wasnt "that hand" i had lost a big all in the hand previous and wasnt left with much and then pushed with a bag of spanners!

myself - i'll be the guy looking tired and unshaven in a HUGE boylepoker hoody

No Joy last night TD. Came 7th. Was playing good solid poker all night, then got it all in with A,10 diamonds on an ace high flop with 2 diamonds. His kicker held up. So i had only about 8-12 blinds for about an hour or so. Made the FT and got it all in with Q,10s and guys ace high held up.

yeah when play gets shorthanded on a FT, 15bb pushes need to win more races imo

ah yes now i know. I was running good until that all in hand against you ITT, kinda had to go into push or fold mode after that. Still an enjoyable game. How did that tubby fella with the glasses get on. Man he was such a weak player but was getting paid off everytime he was in a hand

he got heads up with english guy, dunno who won. he knocked me out in 4th and i think he knocked macs out after that.

it was so funny when we were 4-handed. he'd limp UTG every time it was the english guy's BB and each time either macs would raise from the button or i'd raise from the SB. the english eventually shouted 'stop limp on my big blind!' me and macs could barely hold in our laughter

ha yea wen i was sitting beside him he seemed pissed off for some reason, think he had a chip on his shoulder. Ha now i kinda hope the english fella got sucked out on. haha i can just picture the steam coming out of his ears now

wow he was bad.... So bad I refused a deal 3 handed because I felt I still had an edge as the shortie especially when I kept shoving every time the weak player limped.. eventually my 66 was no good when I got called... strange table dynamics
