Hi all, I'd like to get my girlfriend into a Yoga class. Something female only so she won't feel self conscious. She's never done yoga before so she'd be an absolute beginner. A class in the city center would be ideal. Any suggestions appreciated. Cost is a factor, the budget is tight.

I go to the beginners class at Samadhi (www.samadhi.ie) and its really really good. Drop in for the beginners class is €16. Its not women only thats the only thing :(. Ive not come across a women only class to be honest, have seen adverts for men only pilates classes?

Another site, http://www.yogadublin.com/ have done pilates here and nice studio. Dont know how they are for Yoga.
