    Hi all,

I joined a gym a few weeks ago, and I love it there. I love working out, I love working up a sweat and I love feeling sore too after my workouts. Theres some very hot gym instructors in my gym too.

ut its all gone wrong for me. The first two to three weeks was great. I drove in three times a week. Then I drove my car into a pillar. I'm waiting to get my car fixed up so I have no transport so i'm finding it hard to get to the gym. (the bus service in my area is very poor). I'm getting in once a week now on a saturday. Now I have cold too.

It would be next week or the week after by the time I'll be able to get back into the gym regularly. I need some cheering up.

    WTF

You can always do some stuff at home. It mighn't be as beneficial but it's still *something*.

It doesn't always have to be all or nothing, especially just because of a broken car.

I agree with Trib...There's plenty of things you could be doing at home while you're waiting to get your car fixed.

Why don't you cycle to the gym for a warm up / warm down.

Yeah agree with above post - maybe go for a run in your area, pushups are good and theres loads of different types of pushup, abs bicycle (it's an exercise not a machine) and other abs exercises - you don't need any equipment to work up a sweat (although it helps), do squats, lunges - if there are any overhangs/bars in your house, try a pull up or 3 :)you don't get the handsome instructors and it's easier to be lazy because people around you arn't exercising (as a mental push to work harder) - but - you can still work out :) You could also try shadow boxing, mountain jumpers (go into pushup position and jump your knees up to your chest and back out again, great exercise) - there's an endless amount of stuff u can do at home :)
