Milk and water

May be a silly question but I'll ask anyway. I drink roughly 2 - 3 litres of milk a day...should I reduce my water intake dramatically (used to drink 2 litres of it)? Cheers.

Yes. Your body hydrates itself from the water in the milk so not as much water needed. Some will argue you need to drink 2 litres of water a day regardless of other liquids ingested but they're wrong.

i heard it can flush out the nutrients if you drink too much, dunno if this is true or not

only i extreme cases could drinking too much water be harmful nothing for you to worry about at the amount your drinking there
