sorry again as im sure this is posted b4

my cousin whos my best mate joined there 2 weeks ago , he paid €800 for 2 months , which is scandalous no matter how u look at it

firstly he is so lazy , he lost 2.5 stone on weight watchers and put it on 3 months later , i know and many of u know that educogym isnt the way forward , all the suppliments etc , i said to him what will he do when he leaves it in 2 months , he said he's cut all carbs out etc , but that isnt rocket science as if anybody cuts alot of cards out will lose weight and he lost 8lbs in 2 weeks and gained 4lbs of lean muscle mass which im sure is impossible , his excuse was they measured him with a tape

long story short , just dont wanna see him being expoited and fed full of crap

any ideas to try snap him out of it ??

i know u have yo get ur mentality right to lose weight , it has to be a longterm change not just for 2 months

If your new to training measurements will drop due to muscle tone, not muscle gain necessarilly-so any basic training will bring measurements down-just tell him to try a low starch diet and start doing weights and he can do aswell, or spend the money on a personal trainer, at least he'll learn loads over about 12-15 sessions..advise and training which can be used in the short and long term..

Unfortunately his two months are paid for now so he might as well see it out, do all the exercise, just try and encourage him to keep exercise up when he comes off their 'regime'.

Just make sure he doesn't get talked into a week long personal development seminar in the Bahamas, or some other exotic Caribbean island.

Really, all he can do is use the system since he's paid for it and try to make the best of it. If he actually learned anything from it, it's 800 euro well spent.
