i dont want a pot belly lol

    title says pretty all lol
    since i was a baby i kinda had a pot belly
    ok so i dont do any exercise except running once a week , but eat well, no crap like just 3 square meals too make me not tres fat.
    but no matter what i still have a sticky out belly lol
    how the hell can i stop this, its ewwwy haha
    any help appreciated xxx

    EDIT: May as well be useful while I'm here, if you're genuinely not carrying a lot of excess bodyfat, it could well be your posture.

    I'm the same. Bad posture and body shape. Even in my skinny teenage days I never had a tapered waist. Ya know who has the same thing goin on? Anthony Kiedis:

    Not a pic on him but still kinda thick around the waist. Not that I'm anywhere near that low bodyfat now, I look like I EAT Anthony Kiedis.

    I also kinda stand with my shoulders back and my back is quite arched.

    It's handy for resting the remote on though.

    i forgot one word and wrote "too" instead of "two"

    I've corrected the first two lines, and just don't have energy or inclination to tackle the rest;

    Anyway, there's been good advice given. Aside from the normal things like not eating the right food and the right amount of it, and not training correctly, there's been 2 others possibles;

    -genetic structure
    -poor posture

    @ the OP - If you don't want a belly do some exercise, a few weights may not go astray either to make you look built up rather than carrying weight
