I thought he was just doing comedy skits. Like he did give Haas the chop, which lead me to believe he was still heel. So are the Jackass guys gnna be heels in whatever they are doing with Khali?

MVP only has himself to blame.

Im sure they'll forgive him after his Hogpen match with Festus at the December PPV (1995 IYH joke for ShawnRaven there)

Lol hope you weren't explaining it for me! ;)
I'd only watched that match about 2 weeks ago. Scaringly enough, that match was BEFORE Hunters punishment for the Cliq farewell!

You are right there premptive strike then.

I know I did have to explain it, but I had to explain it a little for some other people on here.

Still it is gas to see HHH slip around in pig muck, dont think he could do it today on his quads.

I actually gave HHH a lot of credit in that match, he slices his back open Bob Holly style during it.

I can't believe Kozlov cleanly beat Jeff Hardy. Now don't get me wrong, I like Kozlov but I was expecting HHH to interfere... this just stinks of building Kozlov up to be near unbeatable just so HHH can beat him and confirm his status as "Super Hunter"

Of course I can grasp what they're doing with Kozlov..hence my first post..their building him up so Hunter can beat him...what part of that didn't you understand?

I understand it all it is the way you put it was the problem which lead to the eye rolling:

You make it sound like having your lead babyface beat a heel you've spent time building up is a bad thing. When in actual fact it is Wrestling at its most basic and often most effective. You might as well put Super in front of the name of every top babyface ever in Wrestling. You criticism of HHH is pretty unfounded.

    Ah..I see.
What surprised me was usually when a match as big as the first meeting of Kozlov Vs Hardy is shown on Smackdown (or RAW) it usually (not always) has a DQ or count out finish..especially seeing they didn't start it until after the last commercial break. What surprised me was after pushing Hardy so much the last few weeks that he gets beaten so cleanly and quickly. I'm sure a whole lot more folks here were expecting a DQ finish once they saw Trips coming out before the match.
I would love to see Kozlov win the title and be pushed as a monster "unbeatable" heel but it (IMO) it looks like he is receiving the same kind of push Umaga first received. Wrestling needs a good monster heel...think Vader back in the WCW days

Im not going to speak for the folks. But WWE wants HHH Koslov at Cyber Sunday so it made sense. WWE are doing a better job with Kozlov than TNA did with Morgan last week.

can't comment on TNA..don't watch it regularly..
Yes Sting did beat Vader but everyone needs to get beat sometime. My problem with the Kozlov push (that is if he will be beaten at by Triple H in their first match) is that I hate to see a wrestler get a pushed as "unbeatable" jus too make the top guy look stronger. As I said earlier I would love to see Kozlov win the belt and go on with a storyline of "who can beat this guy"....ah, maybe I'm just longing too much for the old days.

    hmm,

I agree with Rovert about the Superhunter thing. Its a bit unfair really, and not really justified.

That said, I agree with Endaaaaghs opinion on Koslovs direction. HHH hardly needs a push, and Koslov could really benefit from goin over clean on HHH.

You're probably going to tell me to **** off and subscribe myself(:pac:) but what has the Observer been saying about the direction of Kozlov? Specifically, is there any idea on how long the WWE plan on Kozlov/HHH feuding?

Why do either of you think Koslov isnt going over? Why does Koslov have to go over clean, he is a heel?

Ive mentioned it at least twice here recently the plan that was bounced around a few weeks ago was an undefeated Champion Koslov vs Undertaker's streak at Wrestlemania. That wasnt from the Observer either. All the Observer said was "dont rule out a Koslov title reign."

Hes not THAT sort of heel though is he? Hes not in the jericho, edge style. Hes a monster heel, so I think its importance his dominance is shown. And what better way to show dominance than a clean ppv pinfall over HHH.

You still need to protect your top babyface and to have a reason for a rematch.

yeah you make a good point. Im a big fan of HHH, but I think lately hes been a little too protected? Koslov could be huge, and I think he needs a big, clean victory over HHH.

I actually would love if they shocked everyone and had Koslov DESTROY triple h. It wold push Koslov so high.

Hell no, I'd dig it too. Putting the opponent aside for a moment, a situation going into Wrestlemania where Koslov is basically the Ivan Drago of the WWE, I think that would be an awesome premise for a WWE Title program at WM.

    hahaha indeed...:D

I dont see what the problem is with Hunters dominance. SO FAR.

I think its healthy to have a clear cut, top man on a brand. It allows others to be built up around him.. because his huge status makes avictory over him a big deal.
